At 88 Aces, a primary focus is establishing reliable communication links between seafarers and their families while they are onboard, fostering connection and support. Our advanced PEME quality assurance program, powered by a medical management system that we developed in-house, gives us a competitive advantage in efficiently monitoring and addressing all crew health requirements. Additionally, we prioritize process quality and auditing to maintain high operational standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, we organize welfare initiatives for both crew members and their families, promoting their well-being and support. As part of our commitment to crew health and safety, we handle all arrangements for Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) and Drug & Alcohol (D&A) tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Vaccination arrangements are also coordinated to protect the crew from potential health risks, ensuring they are medically fit for duty and able to perform their responsibilities safely.

Additionally, we handle comprehensive crew travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and timely transition for crew members to and from their vessels. Our focus is on minimizing logistical challenges while providing efficient, reliable travel solutions tailored to the specific needs of each crew member. This ensures that all aspects of travel and visa processing are handled seamlessly, allowing the crew to focus on their duties without disruption.

This includes handling salary disbursements, allowances, and any other financial aspects related to their employment. Additionally, we facilitate payments to local unions and manage mandatory social contributions where required, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and regulations. By collaborating with a well-established training academy, we organize customized training programs designed to enhance crew skills. Training arrangements are made according to the client’s approved training matrix, ensuring crew members meet required competencies. We also facilitate briefing and de-briefing activities in accordance with each client’s guidelines to maintain clear communication and readiness. Crew Managers conduct on-board visits to oversee crew welfare and performance. We also handle Flag State endorsement arrangements, as well as the supply and distribution of crew clothing, PPE, and uniforms. Furthermore, we facilitate crew seminars throughout the year.
